Quick Start for IPERIUS ONE

Iperius One is the new RMM (Remote Monitoring and Management) platform that brings together, in a single solution, the main features of our three products (Iperius Backup, Iperius Remote and Iperius Console) into a completely new and independent product.

Designed for MSPs and IT professionals, Iperius One allows you to create, edit and monitor backups, access devices remotely, monitor system patches, disk status, antivirus, create policies to be applied to specific computers or groups of computers, and much more — all from a single platform.

Let’s take a closer look at the different sections of the Iperius One web interface.

Dashboard

Log in to Iperius One and enter the Master account credentials received by email.

The first page displayed is the Dashboard of Iperius One, where you can view summary charts showing the current status of your license, backup trends, disk status, antivirus presence, and system patch status.

Below the statistics, there is a list of the most recent jobs executed, connections made, and recent activities.

In the side menu you can find the main sections of Iperius One, in addition to the Dashboard:

  • Groups: Organize and manage devices in logical groups (e.g. by location or customer), assigning them to users to build the Iperius Remote address book.
  • Devices: Displays the complete list of all devices associated with your license.
  • Users: Create and manage users associated with your license.
  • Backup: Includes all backup-related features such as backup statistics, job lists, credentials, and repositories.
  • Remote Access: Includes all Iperius Remote features such as connection statistics, remote sessions, active sessions, and (if included in your license) custom client creation.
  • Policies: Allows you to define security and backup policies applicable to devices or groups.

Agent Download

The first step to start using all Iperius One features is to download the agent so it can be installed on all devices you want to manage.

You can generate and download either the setup file or the MSI package to perform mass installations.

Once generated, download and run the setup.

After installation, the device will appear in the Devices section of Iperius One.

Devices

This section lists all computers associated with your Iperius One license.

Note: if you do not have Iperius Remote, no devices will appear on first access.

If you already own an Iperius Remote license, all associated computers will be listed here, where you can install the Iperius One Agent.

The Devices section provides detailed information for each registered device. The main columns offer a complete overview of device status and features:

  • Device: displays the device name, online/offline status, and health indicator.
  • Organization: shows the organization or customer to which the device belongs.
  • Iperius One / Iperius Remote: indicates whether the agents are installed and running.
  • Health: green means OK, orange indicates warnings, red indicates critical issues.
  • Last Backup: displays the name and date/time of the last backup.
  • Groups: shows the logical group the device belongs to.
  • Private / Public IP: displays both local and public IP addresses.
  • Features: shows enabled modules via icons.
  • Favorite: bookmark icon to mark favorite devices.
  • Remote Access: indicates whether the device is reachable via remote control.
  • Iperius ONE License Status: shows the license status of the device.

This overview allows full control of your device fleet — backups, remote access, operational status, and configuration — all from a single screen.

You can filter by device or group.

By clicking on a device, the “Overview” section summarizes key information such as Windows version, IP address, performance, disk space, remote access details, antivirus, and firewall.

You can monitor active processes in the “Task Manager” tab and manage running tasks in real time.

Using “File Explorer”, you can browse the remote file system as if you were on-site.

The “Event Viewer” allows you to review system logs for troubleshooting.

Finally, in “Patches and Updates”, you can view missing updates and deploy them centrally.

Everything is accessible with a single click for fast and efficient management.
