How to purchase Iperius ONE

Iperius One is the RMM (Remote Monitoring and Management) platform that brings together, in a single solution, the functionalities of Iperius Backup, Iperius Remote and Iperius Console, in a completely new and independent product.

Designed for MSPs and IT professionals, Iperius One allows you to create, edit and monitor backups, access devices remotely, monitor system patches, disk status, antivirus, create specific policies to be applied to selected computers or groups of computers, and much more — all from a single platform.

In this tutorial, we explain in detail how the purchase of an Iperius ONE license works.

First of all, it is important to specify that it is possible to upgrade to Iperius ONE starting from an Iperius Remote license.
In fact, to access the Iperius One dashboard, you use the Master Account credentials. Therefore, users who already own an Iperius Remote license can log in to the Iperius ONE interface using the same credentials and will also find the same features available in the Iperius Remote administrative area.
Clearly, the other advanced One features will not be available unless you proceed with the upgrade to enable them:

Upgrade from Iperius Remote to Iperius One

To upgrade from any Iperius Remote license to Iperius One, you have two options.
The first option is to access the licenses page on the Iperius Backup or Iperius Remote website and then click on the Upgrade link:

Select the “Iperius One UPGRADE” option:

You will then be redirected to the Iperius ONE license configuration page, where you can choose the backup and monitoring modules to activate and then proceed by adding the product to the cart and completing the payment.

The second way to upgrade from Iperius Remote to Iperius One is directly from the Iperius One dashboard (https://one.iperius.com), by logging in with your Iperius Remote credentials and accessing the license page, where you will find a dedicated button to perform the upgrade:

Purchase of a new Iperius One license

If you do not own an Iperius Remote license or if you want to purchase a new Iperius One license directly, configure and buy your license from this page:

Configuring an Iperius ONE license is very simple. Just decide which modules to add and for how many workstations, then click the purchase button:

Based on the number of devices to be monitored (minimum of 5 devices for RMM monitoring), you can choose how many modules to associate with each device according to the required features.

The modules supported by Iperius One are:

  • Essential: includes disk image functionality and file/folder backup (and restore) to local disks, network locations, NAS and Cloud.
  • Hyper-V: includes incremental RCT backup (and restore) of Microsoft Hyper-V virtual machines (including Failover Cluster).
  • Database: includes backup (and restore) of Microsoft SQL Server databases.
  • Microsoft 365: includes automatic and incremental download (and restore) of Exchange Online, OneDrive, SharePoint and Teams.

Finally, you can also add Iperius Remote to the cart, based on the number of simultaneous connections required.

In our example, we selected 6 devices to monitor, enabling the Essential module on all 6 devices, while enabling the other available modules only on some of them.
Click “Purchase” to proceed to the cart summary:

You can enter any promotional codes in the dedicated text field.
For resellers: as with other Iperius licenses, reseller discounts are applied in the next step.

You can choose PayPal / Credit Card (for immediate purchase) or Bank Transfer (in this case, please allow an average of 2 business days for order approval).
If you choose Credit Card as the payment method, you can also enable automatic renewal.

Iperius One licenses are annual, and during the year it is possible to upgrade or downgrade modules through the Configurator.
